Canberra's Radio Room RevampBefore...Courtesy of Don Chapman Don Writes; These photos I took show Canberra's radio office in 1961, at the time of the maiden voyage. Several years later most of the equipment was stripped out for the renovation that are depicted in Alan Mackenzie's group of pics. I thought they might be worthwhile as a before and after view.

Roger Lownsborough writes; Don's
photos show the original 1961 equipment, Marconi NT201 transmitter, HR22 receivers etc, but that lot was fly-tipped on the quayside in Southampton
in 1975 and replaced with ITT ST1600 transmitters, 3021 receivers etc, which in turn was ripped out as per
